New Somalian shortwave radio station went live on March 1st

Bartamaha – Bar-Kulan – a radio for Somalis and by Somalis everywhere in the world, from the horn of Africa to Toronto and all places in between takes to the airwaves on march 1st at 0500 -0600 GMT (0800-0900 Hours Somalia time). The first broadcasts will be on shortwave, on the following frequencies:
15750 kHz in the 19 meter band from 0800 to 0900 Hours Somalia time as well as 9960 and 9930 kHz in the 31 meter band from 1900 to 2000 Hours East African time.
