Teleradiokanal Tashkent on 756 kHz

Uzbekistan Radio’s 4th Channel Dustlik (Friendship) no longer exists as a “Dustlik.  It has been replaced by Teleradiokanal Tashkent. The only medium wave frequncy used is 756 kHz, and the transmission is parallel to 87,9 MHz. Programs are broadcast, as in “Dustlik”, in Uzbek, Russian, Kazakh, Tatar, Uigur. No more Radio Mayak relays, however. Broadcast schedule 01.00-20.00 UTC.
