Rádio 9 de Julho, São Paulo, is back to the world of short wave since September 11, on the frequency of 9820 kHz on 31 meters. Indeed, the presence of Rádio 9 de Julho on the short wave is not new. In the 1970s, the station also broadcast in the range of 31 meters, but had its license canceled by the military dictatorship.
