TWR has started test transmissions from Benin

Trans World Radio has now started test transmissions from Benin, Africa on 1566 kHz. The transmitter is located in Parakou and has power of 100 kw, but only 50 kW is used during testing. The station plans to start regular transmission on 1st of February. More information on TWR Africa’s website http://www.twrafrica.org/.
