Bhutans first private station expands

Kuzoo FM, the first private radio station in Bhutan has launched separate channels for Dzongkha and English program listeners . Listeners can hear all Dzongkha music and other programs from FM 104 MHz while the FM 105 MHz broadcast all programs in English. Both the stations operate 24 hours daily. Earlier, the Kuzoo had only one FM station: 105 MHz with dominating English programs. The Kuzoo FM was established on September 28 2006 and currently has staff of 15 permanent workers.
