Voice of Russia in Afghanistan

Voice of Russia began broadcasting in the Afghan cities of Kabul, Herat and Jalalabad on October 30th. The broadcasts are parallel on the FM frequency of 88.0 MHz. The daily broadcast time is only 2 hours:  0530-0630 and 1030-1130. The broadcasts are in Pashto and Dari languages.
