New low power AM station in Latvia?

A competition is declared in Latvia to obtain of license on radiobroadcasting at the frequency of 1485 kHz (power of transmitter 1 kW). Results will be known not later than on 6 October. Radio station will have to begin broadcasting in the course of 12 months. However, national council for radio and television has the right not to sentence victory not to one of the aspirants.
