Radio Centinela del Norte, Peru reactivated

Radio Centinela del Norte has reactivated its shortwave frequency 4655,2 kHz. Heard in Colombia around 02:00 UTC. Radio Centinela del Norte transmits from a village called Cortegana in the Celendin Province, in the Department of Cajamarca in Northern Peru.
