Amen FM started transmissions on 89.5 FM in January 2007. The Jordanian Police Dept is the owner of this station.

Watan FM, which had started broadcasting in October 2007 in Amman on 100.3 FM and later in Irbid on 100.7 FM had changed its frequency in Irbid to 92.7 FM.

Sawt Al-Madina started its transmissions in March 2007 on 88.5 FM. But it has changed its frequency lately to 88.7 FM.
The station is owned by free weekly newspaper “Al-Madina”.

Fann FM launched new station in Salt, in March 2007, on 94.7 FM, to cover Salt, Middle Jordan Valley, and Northern Dead Sea.

– The company that owns Play 99.6, Modern Media Corp, has obtained a license to start broadcasting on 105.1 FM in the Greater Amman Area. Seems like a new sister station of Play 99.6 is on the way. In April 2007, the programs of Play 99.6 were being broadcast on 105.1 FM.
