Radio Varna on shortwave

Since 25th of March 2007 Radio Varna, Bulgaria broadcasts on shortwave special programs for Black Sea sailors. The schedule is as follows:
Sun to Mon, 21.00-03.00 UTC: 9900 kHz (100 kW, nd)
The main news broadcasts are at 21.00-21.10 and 1.00-1.05.
Two 100 kW shortwave transmitters in Varna (43°03’N 27°40’ O) are used.

    The headline implies this is something new. Varna has been on SW for a long time; it`s just a new frequency and schedule for A-07. 73, Glenn
