St. Petersburg on 684 kHz

Radio NERRS temporarily ended the broadcasting in Saint Petersburg on the frequency of 684 kHz, on 4th of March 2007. The reason was the end of license. (Aleksandr Berezkin, Saint Petersburg via open_dx)
Additionally, the broadcasting of Trans World Radio on this frequency has also ceased. For the last time it was on the air on 3rd of March.
