News and verifications from NA
1230 ZFB Bermuda Spirit, Hamilton (BER). Very nice email today from Barry Fraser, “Coordinator Bermuda Spirit (ZFB) 12-30 AM Radio”. Things are happening on the Bermuda radio scene too, as he writes: “Thank you so much for your report. It is so good to know our station carries that far. We hope to move to FM within six months, and by then we will be streaming on the internet.”

1470 KBSN Moses Lake (WA). KBSN has become a common guest during west coast openings. I picked a recording from the best reception I had, on October 25, and emailed it to General Manager Jim Davis. A friendly and detailed response came today.
Moses Lake has a lot of agriculture, especially potatoes, but according to Mr. Davis the city is growing also because web based companies are moving there. Moses Lake was renamed from Neppel in 1938 to honour the Kowalchina Indian Chief Sulktalthscosum, also known as Chief Moses.
