No more VOR via Tiraspoli on 999 kHz

Voice of Russia’s relay transmissions on 999 kHz from Moldova ceased due to the financial conflict between Moscow and Tiraspol after Jan 1 2007.

This was the latest schedule:
Voice of Russia in Russia (World Service) 1300-1400
Voice of Russia (Commonwealth) 1400-1600
Voice of Russia in Romanian 1700-1800
Voice of Russia in Russia (World Service) 2100-2200
Rus.Int.Radio 2200-2400.

The information about the conflict is according to the VOR, prgr on Febr 18th heard.

The relays of DW, TWR and R Pridnestrovye still continued, however.
