Radio Líder, Bogota has reactivated and logged on 6140 kHz. The exact frequency is 6139,78 kHz

Rádio Relogio Federal, Rio de Janeiro has turned on it’s short wave transmitter on 4905 kHz. The station has not been logged here for years.
