Radio Amazonas (VEN) on new frequency

Radio Amazonas, Venezuela hasn’t been heard for sometime on it’s nominal frequency of 4940 kHz, but it is now re-activated on a new frequency of 5125 kHz. There is probably some problems with the transmitter that have caused this odd choice of out-of-band-frequency.
