CHUC Cobourg wants one more year on AM

CHUC Cobourg, ON 1450 wants the CRTC to grant it a one-year extension of AM-FM simulcasting. The AM signal was to have gone silent this past weekend, but CHUC says it’s having trouble resolving interference between its new 107.9 FM signal and air navigation systems, so it’s hoping it can keep the AM on the air in the meantime.
