New Bolivian on 1390 kHz

Torolf Johnsson, Sweden, recently discovered a new signal on 1390 kHz; a station in Quechua, announcing Radio Andina Marka. The station turned out tobe a new Bolivian, operating from Pongo K´asa at the altitude of 4,200 metres. Headquarters are in Cochabamba. An enthusiastic email reply has been received from the station manager Ramiro García Ochoa, whose voice wason one the audio samples! For address info see www.cepra-bo.org.
