Argentina – New stations on AM

740 kHz
Radio Nacional will have a new local AM transmitter in the city of Neuquén. The station will employ a personnel of 20 persons and should operate on 740 Khz, if they get approval from Comisión Nacional de Comunicaciones (CNC). The new station will commence broadcasting in the first months of year 2007.

1260 kHz
Radio Oliva is new unofficial religious station on 1260. It is operated by Iglesia Pentecostal
Unida de la Argentina. The address: Calle Fonrouge 76, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.
There’s also another religius broadcaster on the same fwy: Radio Revivir (Isidro Casanova, Provincia de Buenos Aires),

1430 kHz
Radio Pasion is new unofficial station on 1430 broadcasting from the district of Gran Buenos Aires. Address: Calle
803 Nro 1430, Barrio Dos Avenidas, Quilmes oeste, Buenos Aires. The director of the station is Sr. José Luis Rovitto.

At the moment there are 3 stations broadcasting on 1430, that are located in Gran Buenos Aires:

  • Radio Sonidos del Cielo (Rafael Castillo)
  • Radio José de San Martín “La Pionera” (El Jagüel)
  • Radio Pasión (Quilmes oeste)
